Cumberland House, named after the hospital’s seventh Superintendent Thomas Cumberland, is the former Superintendent’s home.  During the last years of the hospital, the house was used as part of the hospital’s Child and Adolescent Unit.

A number of years after the hospital closed, the building was renovated and is now used as part of the Jean Tweed Centre.
