On a recent walk through Colonel Samuel Smith Park, I discovered a set of four steps and a very short sidewalk along the creek that runs beside the old Powerhouse.

I have no idea what the steps were originally meant for, but if anyone knows please feel fee to leave a response in the comment section below.  I would be grateful for any information.
